Step 1: Set up your fundraiser
Register and create your fundraising project
Create your account or log in. Select the 'Journey A' plan and enter your school details including the number of classes, largest class size and the price list that parents will see when purchasing personalised items.
Let parents know
Use your usual school communications to notify parents of your upcoming fundraising project. We can provide promotional materials to help you spread the word.
Download your personalised templates
Download and print your personalised drawing templates and project instructions. Your deadline will automatically appear on the printed materials.
Step 2: Run your fundraiser
Hand out the templates
Give each child a drawing template to complete in class. Once they've finished their drawing, they simply take it home for parents to place their orders online, via a unique QR code.
Parents upload the artwork
Parents use a mobile phone to scan the QR code and select their child's school and class before entering their child's name and an optional personal message. They then follow on-screen instructions to photograph and upload the artwork securely.
Parents review and order online
Before ordering, parents can review an automatically enhanced proof of their child's artwork before choosing their products and completing their purchase online, receiving an email confirmation once their order is placed.
Track your fundraiser
While orders are coming in, you can log into your online portal to track orders, monitor your project and see your live fundraising total.
Step 3: Production and delivery
We produce your order
Once your order deadline has passed, we'll close your fundraiser, begin production and send you your order summary, fundraising total and distribution list.
Track your delivery
We'll notify you as soon as your order has been dispatched, and send you the tracking details, so you'll know exactly when it's due to arrive.
Receive and distribute your order
Once your order has arrived, distribute the products to each child, or share the class order lists with teachers to help with the handout.
Step 4: Collect your funds
Open an optional reprint order
Need a few extra orders? You can select one reprint order through your online portal. This has a shorter order window and offers a smaller fundraising opportunity, or put the funds raised towards another original project.
Receive your funds
Once your project has been finalised, we'll let you know when your funds are ready. Simply select your preferred payment method in your online portal, or put the funds raised towards another Fundraising Creations project and receive an additional 10% to spend on LEAF Education purchases.
